CRM 2013 Mail Merge missing record(s)
Just came across an interesting thing when running a mail merge in CRM 2013. When I click the final step to complete the merge and print and/or export, the printed results show that a record(s) is missing. I could not figure out how this was possible, but after some troubleshooting, I found that I had to remove the Next Record merge field from the last cell and/or block on the page. For whatever reason, it messes up the order of records and may leave one or more records completely out of your results. Hope this is helpful!
